Creating shipments is now easier than ever before. With Five TMS AI, you can automate your complete load management and construct tenders with all inputs, including address, commodity, and contact information, pre-populated. When ready to tender an auto tender simply enter the PO number, dates, carrier and rate. Each submitted tender is automatically converted to a PDF rate sheet for your carrier’s e-signature. You can also arrange tenders at specific dates and times, or you can waterfall tender the entire operation. Never manually construct or send a tender again. Our Internal score cards allow you to rank each carrier following delivery, and these scores are shared with other shippers across the entire platform. This maintains optimal carrier performance and informs you of the quality you will receive on each carrier.
